Is it safe to order Cd's through your website?

Yes. Buying Paul Winn's Cd is 100% safe. Our main worldwide retailer CDBaby guarantees secure online shopping. Your credit card info is never stored, and never seen by anyone. They don't store it in your permanent customer info. The card number is encrypted before it goes anywhere and is erased immediately after the sale, for extra protection. Yes this means you'll have to type your card number again when you return, but we hope you'll appreciate the extra safety and privacy it gives you. 

Who do I talk to if something goes wrong with my order?

What if I don't like the album after buying it?

Contact Paul Winn within 60 days of your order ( paul@paulwinn.com ) and we'll refund your money.

Can I buy the Cd without using a credit card?

Yes. CDBaby accepts paypal, checks, money orders, international money orders and cash in addition to all major credit cards. All orders can be phoned, faxed or mailed.

What happens if my Cd gets damaged in the mail?

Contact Paul Winn directly via email ( paul@paulwinn.com ) and he'll replace it for you at no charge to you.

When will my Cd arrive?

In the USA, if you get one CD, CDBaby sends it by first class mail. Your CD will arrive in 3-5 days. In the USA, if you get MORE than one CD, they send by PRIORITY mail. Your CD will arrive in 2-3 days. Outside of the USA, they use Global Priority Mail. Sometimes they take only 2 days! Usually, 5-6 days.
